We ship worldwide for free! All orders are shipped within 48hrs of your order or the next business day.
Transit times are heavily impacted by worldwide flight restrictions. We are currently seeing delivery times between 20 - 30 business days. However these estimates may take considerably longer during the COVID-19 outbreak and should be used as a guide only.
We accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal. All prices are in USD.
We take sustainability seriously, sourcing skins from only trusted sources that have shown to be viable in the long term. All leathers and skins we use come from farmed or sustainable resources.
The images on our site accurately represent the wallet being sold, in most cases, that image is of the exact wallet for sale, "what you see is what you get!" Our leathers undergo as little processing as possible to maintain the natural grain and character. This means some skins will have imperfections. Wallets on our "bargains" page may have more imperfections than our other offerings.
We produce wallets with "full exotic leather interiors". In such cases, some polyester is used to retain the functionality of the wallet.
This is one of the most frequently asked questions we receive. The answer is a resounding and absolute yes! Everything we sell is 100% genuine exotic leather.
We source skins and leathers directly from tanneries and farms then oversee every step in producing our wallets. What you get from Real Mens Wallets is the Real Deal, we guarantee it!
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are nonrefundable.
- If the voucher value exceeds the value of the order, the remaining voucher balance will be available for use within 24 hrs
- Gift Vouchers are valid for the recipients email address only, using a different email address during checkout will not work.
Please allow sufficient time for your order to arrive safely, shipping times vary worldwide and can take longer than anticipated, especially during busy holiday periods. Although we ship within 48hrs from our leather workshop in Bangkok, shipping times should be used as a guide only, we have no control over delays as a result of the postal service and will not be held responsible for any items lost in the post.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct, products returned to us as a result of an incorrect shipping address will attract additional shipping costs and/or restocking charges equal to the cost of shipping.
Images on site should be used as a guide only, color and tones of the item vary since all monitors are calibrated differently. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on perceived slight color variations. All care is taken to ensure items are accurately listed, damage free and are carefully checked before being shipped. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will endeavor to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Order cancellations prior to shipping will incur a re-listing fee.
We process refunds where an item has been incorrectly listed, the wrong item has been sent or if the item is damaged. We do not process refunds if you have simply changed your mind, for an unwanted gift or for naturally occurring skin imperfections. Refund requests must be made to us within 7 days of receipt of the item and are given on the return of new and unused items only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds will only be processed after the return of the item via registered and trackable post, returns sent without a registered and trackable ID# will not be processed.
Customs has the authority to inspect and open all packages sent internationally. Please check your countries customs laws regarding the importation of leather goods and/or any additional costs that may be incurred, we will not be held responsible for items seized by customs.
We collect information from you when you place an order, you may be asked to enter your Name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. Any of the information we collect from you is used for the sole purpose of processing your order.
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever. You will not suddenly start receiving telephone calls from telemarketers or the like selling personally monogrammed encyclopedias.
We may occasionally send out periodic emails to the address you provided to us for product updates, competitions and/or discount coupons. If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, simply send an email to us and we will remove you from our mailing list immediately.
